Doug Nodland was an attorney for over 25 years practicing in the areas of family law and employment law. He received his law degree from the University of Minnesota and his BA degree from St. Olaf College.
He is also trained as a personal and executive coach and as an Insights Practitioner. Doug enjoys creating workshops which provide lively learning activities that support personal discovery, positive communication and teamwork. He coaches attorneys, business owners, executives and organizations to identify goals and reach success.
Doug’s clients say that they enjoy his ability to “hone in” on the challenges they face and help them recognize and implement solutions. They also appreciate his quick wit and the levity that he brings to the coaching experience.
Doug is creative and one of his passions is singing. He has toured nationally and internationally with several choral groups. He currently continues satisfying his love of music by being part of a men’s gospel quartet that produced a CD. Doug also continues to do solo work.
